Torquay Terrace, Hervey Bay
Completion of single dwelling, architecturally designed with high level finishes. A huge emphasis was placed on maintainability, sustainability and affordability. The completed project came in at approximately $1300/ sq metre.
Totness St, Hervey Bay
This boutique development in the heart of Hervey Bay has only 8 single level two bedroom courtyard villas. Close to the beach and all major amenities 'Sereno on Totness' is a fully fenced gated complex.
Broadwater Ave, Maroochydore
Fully detached duplex development. RCS managed the design, development approval and build for our client.
Anaheim Court, Bli Bli
This Classic Hampton’s style home has had an extension and renovation of a lifetime. With all freshly renovated bathrooms, floors, kitchen, pool area and even an extended upstairs living area.
Yinni Street, Maroochydore
